A club or tournament apparel program needs a product plan and a delivery plan. Share the intended wearers, garments, quantities and required arrival date at the start. Polos, layers and caps can form a coordinated range, but each style and color has its own sourcing and production requirements.
Start with the use of the garments
Distinguish club retail from staff apparel, team uniforms or event gifting. Retail may need a broader size distribution and product presentation; an event may need individual packing and a fixed arrival date. Agree which requirements apply rather than building every program around the same range.
Build a quantity matrix by style and color
List each product separately, then break down quantities by color and size. Ganyn's starting MOQ is 50 pieces per style and color, with flexible quantities available for discussion. A combined program total does not automatically satisfy the minimum for each product.
Shared fabrics, colors or trims can simplify development, but confirm availability and any separate material minimums. Decide whether a men's and women's range needs distinct patterns and fit approvals.
Approve the fit before collecting final sizes
Use finished garment measurements and an agreed fit reference. A generic size label is not enough to describe fit across different styles or markets. Discuss a size set or other approval method if the range needs broader checking than a single sample.
Review the club mark on the selected material
Confirm artwork rights, logo dimensions, placement and the intended application. Review embroidery or a transfer on the actual material and garment color. If sponsors require additional marks, identify their order, contrast and placement before final approval.
Work backward from the arrival date
Allow time for development, revisions, sourcing, production and freight. Typical Ganyn sampling takes 3-15 days; bulk production typically takes 7-20 days after sample approval and material readiness, subject to the order and schedule. These ranges do not include transport or guarantee an event arrival date.
Share the destination early. Confirm the shipping method, costs and order terms for the program, and allow a practical buffer for any additional requirements.
Make packing and approval easy to follow
Specify individual or assorted packing, size identification and carton requirements. Consolidate comments through a clear approval contact and retain one final specification. This keeps the garment, quantities and delivery instructions aligned as the project moves into production.

How do tournament shirts differ from a club retail range?
Golf tournament shirts usually need a clear event quantity, packing plan and arrival date. A club retail range may need a broader size distribution, repeat-order planning and labels suited to its sales channel. Golf outing shirts can follow an event brief, while golf team uniforms need an agreed fit and consistent colors across the team.
Golf tournament polo shirts should be approved for logo placement, wearer comfort and the intended size range. For women's golf team uniforms, decide whether separate patterns and size approvals are needed. Plan bulk golf shirts by style, color and size rather than treating the total event quantity as one production specification.
