Develop custom golf jackets for the intended weather and layering fit, from lightweight golf windbreakers to softshells and rainwear. We review material, patterns, closures, seams and required tests together. Water-repellent finishes and waterproof garment construction are specified separately.

Which materials suit the brief?
Choose lightweight woven shells, bonded softshells or a suitable coated or laminated barrier. A DWR surface treatment is water-repellent rather than proof of a waterproof garment. Agree relevant water, wind and moisture-vapor requirements with named test methods.
What is confirmed during sampling?
For custom golf windbreakers and jackets, review shoulder movement over a polo or midlayer, sleeves, cuffs, hem, pockets and zippers. Confirm artwork and logo application on the selected outer fabric.
For waterproof briefs, agree seam-sealing scope, tape compatibility and the treatment of openings. Fabric reports and garment-level checks cover different parts of approval; confirm the required tests and construction before production.
How do quantities, sampling and production work?
Starting garment MOQ is 50 pieces per style and color; more flexible quantities can be discussed for emerging brands. Custom materials and trims may have separate minimums. Sampling typically takes 3–15 days. Bulk production typically takes 7–20 days after sample approval and material readiness; the order schedule and freight are confirmed separately.
