Which materials suit the brief?
Compare French terry, fleece or other suitable knits for the desired handfeel, weight and season. Cotton-rich and synthetic blends behave differently in drape, care and moisture retention. Review pilling, shrinkage and recovery on the selected construction rather than selecting by composition alone.
What is confirmed during sampling?
Confirm hood shape, neckline, pocket construction, sleeve and hem finish, and any closures. Review movement and layering ease on the worn sample. Logo processes, labels and trims must suit the fabric and agreed care requirements.
How do quantities, sampling and production work?
Starting garment MOQ is 50 pieces per style and color; more flexible quantities can be discussed for emerging brands. Custom materials and trims may have separate minimums. Sampling typically takes 3–15 days. Bulk production typically takes 7–20 days after sample approval and material readiness; the order schedule and freight are confirmed separately.
