Images and interactive configurations help describe a project. Final colors, materials, measurements, construction and branding are confirmed through written specifications and approved samples.
Inquiries and orders
An inquiry is not an order, price guarantee or production reservation. Quantities, sample fees, payment terms, lead times and shipping are confirmed in the applicable quotation and order agreement.
Your designs
You retain rights in submitted materials and confirm that you are authorized to share them. We may use them as necessary to evaluate your request and perform agreed services. Additional use requires separate agreement.
Sample charges and bulk-order credits
Samples are charged according to the garment and customization. The factory-charged sample garment cost can be credited against a bulk order under the agreed quotation. Third-party charges, such as silicone-logo mold development, and shipping are not eligible for credit. The eligible amount and conditions are confirmed before sampling.
