Ganyn Apparel's starting MOQ is 50 pieces per style and color. More flexible quantities can be discussed for emerging brands. Custom fabrics, labels, trims and packaging may have separate minimums, which we confirm for your project.
Yes. Ganyn's in-house team can develop golf apparel from an idea alone, through garment drawings, original print artwork, patterns, a tech pack and a physical sample. We also work from complete tech packs, authorized photos or samples, and starting styles adapted to your specification. Sampling is paid and typically takes 3–15 days, depending on the brief.
Typical bulk production takes 7-20 days after sample approval and material readiness. The confirmed schedule depends on quantity, fabric and trim availability, customization and factory scheduling. Shipping time is additional. Urgent production can be discussed when it does not affect existing commitments.
Every finished garment receives two full inspections, rather than only a spot check. The second inspection takes place after pressing to check for marks, stains and color changes. Buyers may also arrange a third-party pre-shipment inspection. Measurements and construction requirements are agreed during sample approval.
Yes. Logo options include embroidery, silicone, heat transfer, TPU and screen printing. Woven labels, hangtags, garment bags, tissue and boxes can also be customized. The suitable method, artwork requirements and minimum quantities are confirmed for your garment and order.
Yes. Request an NDA and send a general project description first. The agreement is completed before protected files are exchanged. We can agree exclusive original patterns and prints that will not be used for other customers. NDA-covered products and files are kept out of view or photography is prohibited during factory and office visits.
Payment options include bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, credit and debit cards, and platform-protected transactions through an agreed trading platform. The available payment method and terms are confirmed in your quotation and proforma invoice. Platform buyer protection is subject to the selected platform's terms.
Yes. Available stock fabrics can provide a practical starting point. Custom-developed fabrics may require higher quantities and additional sourcing time. Share the composition, weight, handfeel, color and functional requirements you need; material availability and minimums are confirmed for your project.
Yes. Send your measurement chart, grading requirements or an authorized reference sample. We review measurement points, size grading and tolerances during development. The approved physical sample and written specification are the reference for bulk production.
Send the highest-quality original artwork available, together with the intended colors, motif or logo size, repeat direction and placement. Vector files or high-resolution artwork are useful, but our designers can review what you have and identify the work needed. Request an NDA before sharing protected artwork.
Color direction can be discussed using references, but final color is reviewed on the actual fabric or a physical sample. Screens and photographs can show colors differently. Agree the color reference and approval process before production; changing the base fabric or print process can change the result.
The starting garment MOQ is 50 pieces per style and color. Custom fabrics, labels, trims and packaging may have separate minimum quantities. We confirm these during sourcing so the full project cost and quantities are clear before you proceed.
Samples are charged according to the garment and customization. The factory-charged sample garment cost can be credited against a bulk order under the agreed quotation. Third-party charges, such as silicone-logo mold development, and shipping are not eligible for credit. The eligible amount and conditions are confirmed before sampling.
Yes. Woven labels, care labels, hangtags and garment packaging can be customized. Confirm artwork, dimensions, materials, attachment method and quantities. Supply your required label content and market-specific requirements; custom trims may have their own minimums.
Yes. Third-party pre-shipment inspection is supported. Agree the inspection scope, timing, booking responsibility and any required documents with our team before dispatch. Each finished garment also receives our two full inspections, including the second inspection after pressing.
Ganyn holds its own company certificates and testing reports. Ask us to confirm the relevant document for the selected material or product, including its holder, scope, method, result and validity. UPF or water-resistance results apply to the documented sample; additional tests may be needed for your specification.
No. Typical bulk production takes 7-20 days after sample approval and material readiness; shipping time is additional. Destination, transport method, freight costs and trade terms are agreed for your order. Clarify import clearance, duties and taxes in writing before dispatch.
Yes. Share the required arrival date, destination, quantities and customization details. We review production and shipping together. Urgent production can be discussed when it does not affect existing commitments, but availability and the delivery plan must be confirmed for the actual project.
You can discuss a repeat production run using the approved specification. Reconfirm quantities, fabric and trim availability, price and factory scheduling for each order. Material continuity and an identical delivery schedule are not assumed automatically.
Yes. Photography can be arranged for approved styles. Agree the required views, dimensions, crop, file formats, usage, costs and schedule with our team. This service is scoped separately rather than automatically included in a garment quote.
