A golf apparel project can begin with an idea alone. Ganyn's in-house designers can develop garment drawings, original print artwork, patterns, a tech pack and a physical sample. We also work from complete tech packs, authorized reference photos or garments, or an existing starting style adapted to your brand.
Define the product and development scope
Describe the garment, intended wearer, fit, fabric, quantities and target market. A first conversation does not need a finished technical pack. Agree the design deliverables, measurements, artwork, trims and sampling scope before development starts.
Confirm sample charges before starting
Samples are charged according to the garment and customization. The factory-charged sample garment cost can be credited against a bulk order under the agreed quotation. Third-party charges, such as silicone-logo mold development, and shipping are not eligible for credit. The eligible amount and conditions are confirmed before sampling.
Turn the idea into a specification
Record fabric construction and composition, finished measurements, size grading, stitching, closures, artwork dimensions and measured logo positions. Identify decisions that need a swatch, print trial or component sample. The garment and technical files should refer to the same revision.
Review the physical garment
Check fit, movement, handfeel, color, print, logos and finishing against the brief. Sampling typically takes 3–15 days depending on the customization and materials. Consolidate revision comments and confirm whether another sample is needed before approval.
Protect the original design
We can develop exclusive original patterns and prints and agree not to use them for other customers. Confirm the protected designs and exclusivity scope in writing. For projects covered by an NDA, protected products and production files are kept out of view or photography is prohibited during factory and office visits. Confidential designs are not published without permission.
Approve the reference before production
Confirm the physical sample, final specification and quantities by style, color and size. Bulk production typically takes 7–20 days after sample approval and material readiness. The order schedule and transport time are confirmed separately.
