Develop your Motion Tailored Trouser
Use this style as a starting point for your collection. Agree the materials, construction and brand finish, then approve a physical sample before production.
Fabric selection
Compare plain weave or twill in polyester / elastane, nylon / elastane or cotton-rich blends. Agree weight, drape, opacity, stretch direction and recovery. A suitable woven supports movement, but fabric stretch does not compensate for an unsuitable pattern.
Design & construction
Specify waist and hip, front and back rise, inseam and leg opening with measurement points and tolerances. Agree belt loops, fly, closure and pocket bags. Check sitting, walking, bending and a golf stance, including pocket behavior and waistband comfort.
Labels & packing
Specify woven labels, care labels, hangtags and packaging. Confirm artwork, materials, quantities and carton instructions; custom trims may have separate minimums.
Approval & production
Approve the physical sample and final specification before bulk production. Confirm quantity by style, color and size, the schedule and shipping arrangements.
